ORDERING INFORMATION |

You must have an ABN (Australian Business Number) to be able to order from this website.

Account holders must pay for their orders 30 days from date of invoice. |

ORDERING FROM WEB |
|
Customers must register to login and purchase from this website. To register please click on the “Register for login” menu option and follow the prompts.
To ensure the safety of our customers’ information, we will verify your details and activate your login. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how we use your personal information. Once activated, your login details will be sent to your email address.
For customers who have previously ordered goods from Funtastic's Education Division, please have your customer account number handy when registering for an online login. This will help us verify and link your account correctly.
I can’t find / I don’t have a customer account number. What do I do? Your customer account number appears on your previous invoices.
If however, you do not have your customer account number handy, or if you do not have an account with Funtastic, you can still register for an online login, by leaving the ‘Customer Account Number’ field blank and completing all other contact details accurately.

WHEN PAYING BY CREDIT CARD |
|
If paying by a credit card, your card will be charged when your order is shipped. Funtastic recommends you select Available/In stock items when paying with a credit card online as Unavailable/Out of stock items will not be included in your order, and will not be placed on back order. Funtastic will contact you by phone to complete your order in the event you select items that are Unavailable/Out of stock.

BACK ORDERS |
|
In the event of a back order, your invoice will indicate that an item is out of stock and it will be sent to you freight free when we receive it if you hold an account with Funtastic.
Funtastic reserves the right to cancel all back orders.

DAMAGES/RETURNS |
Please inspect all goods upon delivery for possible damage during transit. |
Funtastic aims to provide high quality merchandise at all times. However, if an item is faulty or damaged, please notify customer service within 7 days.
All returns must be authorised by Funtastic, who will advise the best method of return and freight liability.
Any goods returned without authorisation will not be credited and may incur additional freight charges.
All returns must be accompanied by invoice details and your authorisation number.

As products are subject to design/colour changes at any time, Funtastic reserves the right to supply the current available item.
Occasionally some individual items in a Set will be out of stock. Funtastic may substitute appropriate items to complete your order.
